1. Service Overview

SapheWay, operated by Zetup.ae, provides professional chauffeur-driven ground transfer services from locations within the United Arab Emirates to airports in Oman and Saudi Arabia. Our services include Standard, Premium, and Luxury vehicle options.

2. Booking & Confirmation

All bookings are made via WhatsApp at +971 58 185 3040. A booking is confirmed once you receive a written confirmation from our team including pickup time, vehicle class, and total price. Prices quoted at the time of booking are final — no surge pricing applies.

3. Pricing

All prices are quoted in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham) per vehicle, not per passenger. Prices include: professional chauffeur, vehicle, all tolls, airport parking fees, public parking fees, and applicable taxes. Prices do not include visa fees, personal expenses, or bus airport parking fees.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are free of charge. Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup are subject to a 100% charge. Please contact our team to discuss specific circumstances — we aim to be fair and reasonable.

5. No-Show Policy

If a passenger fails to appear at the agreed pickup location within 30 minutes of the scheduled time without prior notification, the booking will be treated as a no-show and the full fare will be charged.

6. Border Crossings

Passengers are responsible for holding valid travel documents (passport, visas, permits) required for entry into the destination country. SapheWay is not liable for denied entry at any border crossing. Our team can advise on document requirements but cannot guarantee entry approvals.

7. Liability

SapheWay coordinates transfers through licensed transport operators in the UAE and destination countries. While we take all reasonable measures to ensure safe and timely service, we are not liable for delays caused by border processing times, traffic conditions, road closures, or force majeure events. Our liability is limited to the fare paid for the specific transfer.

8. Luggage

Standard luggage allowance varies by vehicle class. Please inform us of any oversized or excess baggage at the time of booking. SapheWay is not liable for loss or damage to passenger belongings during transit.

9. Amendments

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
